Spain became member on 25 April when it deposited its Instrument of Accession to the EUROFISH Agreement to the Director General of FAO and on 24 May 2006 Italy deposited its Instrument of Ratification of the EUROFISH Agreement to the Director Genereal of FAO.

The 11 Member Countries of EUROFISH are: Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Spain and Turkey.
